Jace is first and foremost a business woman and entrepreneur. With over 10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Jace has been the strategic accountancy partner for her clients, growing and scaling with them. Hailing from a banking background, Issac is a serial entrepreneur with success in e-commerce and food distribution. Passionate about helping SMEs & startups develop their business, Issac joined the U Ventures team to make that a reality. His experience from being in a family business as well as a global bank gives him a unique understanding of both large enterprises as well as SMEs.
