As Managing Partner of U Ventures, Mellisa has extensive experience working on accounts of MNCs and assisting them for IPOs and beyond. Passionate about strengthening businesses through clarity, Mellisa take pride in aligning her client’s compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and standards.

Jace Koh

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jace is first and foremost a business woman and entrepreneur. With over 15 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Jace has been the strategic accountancy partner for her clients, growing and scaling with them. Timely advice, meticulous execution and keen listening skills are some of the reason why Jace enjoys a strong following in the industry.

Mark Chong

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Mark has been in the field of International Expansion for more than 15 years, focusing on HR and Immigration Solutions. Leading a global immigration practice taught him about immigration legislation in over 20 countries, which benefits his clients in global immigration matters. His expertise in providing Employer of Record (EOR) services has also helped foreign clients structure their talent and manpower needs. Mark has expanded his expertise to encompass structuring entities for family offices and Variable Capital Companies (VCC) in Singapore.
